Cloakrooms, wheelchairs and buggies available

"Individual" and "group" cloakrooms are available on level 0 where you can leave your coats free on presentation of an entry ticket or documentation (for groups). 
Buggies or wheelchairs can be loaned to you in exchange for an identification document (documents accepted: identity card, passport or driving licence). 
Open from Tuesday to Saturday 9.15 am - 6.00 pm, Sunday 9.15 am - 7.00 pm

Baby changing facilities

The Cité provides parents with baby changing facilities on Levels -1, 0 and 2.

Ticket dispensers

Two automatic ticket dispensers are available on level 0, freely accessible during Cité des sciences et de l'industrie opening hours.

Lost property

Lost property is retained for collection by its owners for a period of one to two weeks. After this time, the item will be handed over either to the police station or to the lost property office at the Police Headquarters.
